introvert needs

Self care for introverts is not a luxury - it's a must-have

As an introvert living in an extroverted world, your energy is constantly being chipped away.

Making space for self care is not frivolous. It's the key to rebuilding your energy.

here's the truth

Our society does not teach or encourage introverts to honor their true needs & wants

It’s possible you’ve been shamed for being an introvert, or you’ve been taught to second-guess your needs and wants.

After all, our world believes that being an extrovert is the ideal. Meanwhile, being introverted has been misinterpreted as being anti-people, a downer, disengaged, rude… and the list goes on and on.

But pretending to be someone you’re not 24/7 can be SO draining.

What’s the cost of constantly giving your all to meet society’s standards? Your joy, enthusiasm, and creativity to name a few. It can lead to overload, and introvert hangover, or even burnout.

That’s why learning to look after yourself as an introvert is so powerful. You have so much to give - including your unique introverted strengths. But it starts with taking care of yourself.
